We started it because too many people buying their first flat in Ruwi, or their first plot near Nizwa's date palms, were being handed a listing and a handshake instead of an actual answer. So we built a real estate consultancy Oman clients could lean on for the parts that matter most: A straight read on price, a title deed that checks out, and a consultant who picks up the phone after the contract is signed, not just before.
